Very Rare British Steppe Brown Bear Dorsal Vertebra from the North Sea, England (SKU V0822):- Ursus arctic priscus 

A very well preserved complete dorsal vertebra from on of the top predators of the Ice age – the brown bear. These bears were the ancestors of the Polar Bear. All our ice age bones material have been treated to remove the sea salts. Comes with a display stand and a species/locality label. Found:- Devensian, Pleistocene Period, Dredged from Brown Bank, Doggerland, Off Lowestoft, North Sea, England. Age:- 20,000 Years Old. Size of Vertebra = 7 cm (2.75 inches) wide by 4.4 cm (1.75 inches long) by 10.8 cm (4.25 inches) high.
