A very well preserved complete cranium from an Irish Elk. In fact they were not an elk but rather than a Gigantic Deer. Complete cranium showing the braincase cavity and antler attachment site from a famous British fossil location. All our ice age bones material have been treated to remove the sea salts and they comes with a species/locality label. Found:- Devensian, Pleistocene Period, Dredged from Brown Bank, Doggerland, Off Lowestoft, North Sea, England. Age:- 20,000 Years Old. Size of Skull = 20.3 cm (8 inches) wide by 26.8 cm (10.5 inches) long by 15.2 cm (6 inches) high.
