A well preserved showing great sutures and Cat’s paw mouth border, and polished example of this Bajocian, Middle Jurassic ammonite from a famous British location. Comes cut rock base for display and with a species/locality label. Found:- Inferior Oolite, Romane Subzone, Humphresianum Zone, Bajocian, Middle Jurassic, Oborne Wood, Sherborne, Dorset, England. Age:- 160 Million Years Old. Size of Ammonite = 5.8 cm (2.25 inches) in diameter. Overall Size = 6.4 cm (2.5 inches) wide by 6.4 cm (2.5 inches) high.
