Thank you for choosing fossils-uk for your fossil purchases. Please find below our shipping terms and conditions.

All Our Shipping Services are Based on Weight of the item and Country.

The UK is the default. In the "Shopping Cart" please use the "Calculate Shipping" option to determine the cost to a country outside the UK. 

Click and Collect Service

To save on postage costs we offer a click and collect service on all our fossils. 

Once an item is reserved and paid for then the item can be either collected from our store or collected from one of the following pick up points through out the year at no additional cost, This also extends to our overseas customers. (We have been have been using this customer service since our inception in 1998)

Our Terms of Shipping

All our packages are wrapped extremely well for transport. 

All our services are only guaranteed after we have dispatched your item. We try to get every order dispatched as soon as possible i.e. that day or the next. However, during busy periods we may not be able to dispatch to you straight away, however we will always try to do this as soon as possible for you.

Please note that all the carriers we use now have different terms and conditions themselves. As such items can only be insured for loss during transport. 

Damage done in transit is no longer covered in the insurance and is therefore not covered by ourselves in our shipping prices. 

However, as previous customers will testify all our products are very well wrapped for transport anywhere around the world and if any problems do arise then I am pretty sure we can work something out and a full refund will be forthcoming from us upon the receipt of photographic evidence, and possibly the return of the items to us.
