Very interesting proposed metazoan fossil from the period when the earth was a gaint snowball. Many debate whether these are a mineral deposit or whether they are indeed somekind of primitive jelly fish or Cnidarians. Current thinking is that these were somekind of life form. Comes in a high quality display box with a species/locality label. Found:- Ranford Formation, Upper Cryogenian, Lower Ediacaran, Neoproterozoic, Kununurra, Western Australia. Age:- 670 Years Old. Overall Size = 6.4 cm (2.5 inches) wide by 5.2 cm (2 inches). Display Box = 8.3 cm (3.25 inches) wide by 10.8 cm (4.25 inches) high.
