Step 1 Please e-mail or call us with your order. Please include in any e-mail, the item ref. number, your return address and your country of residence if you do not reside in the UK
Step 2 We will contact you with the shipping costs and ways in which you can pay for your item.
Step 3 As soon as we have received your payment we will dispatch you item (s) to you.

Payment methods:-
1.) You can pay by personal cheque (UK customers only) made payable to “Natural Wonders Ltd.” and in pounds sterling. Please then send this to our retail address:- “Natural Wonders Ltd”, 20 Grape Lane, Whitby, North Yorkshire, YO224BA.
2.) You can pay by using you Credit, Debit or Maestro Cards. To do this please call us directly on 01947 821363.
3.) You can also use the online payment company “PAYPAL” to pay for your items. We send you a money request invoice to your e-mail address which outlines a way to pay for your item on a secure website. This is very popular with our overseas customers.

Shipping
UK Postage.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all our UK dispatches. This means that all the packages are guaranteed for next day delivery, and insured.
Overseas Postage.
For all goods under 2kg we use Royal Mail International Signed For service.
For goods over 2kg we use parcelforce International standard service.
Please note that these services can take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery to an overseas address and they are only insured for none arrival and delay. not for breakages and damages. Please visit parcelforces website for terms and conditions of this service.
